The kitchen, unfortunately does not have a lot of storage space for food or for random kitchen necessities.
The dining room and kitchen take up most of the back of the house. My back is to the kitchen in this picture. The sliding glass door to the left opens to the back yard and there is a door frame to the right that goes into the laundry room. I love how much light this room gets but was too boring with it being all white. This was the first room that I painted and made mine.
This is obviously our hallway. It's very narrow, which was a pain when we were moving. There is a door to the right (which can't be seen in the picture) that goes to our kitchen. The hallway starts by the fireplace and goes to the end of the house. The first door on the right is the bathroom, the door ahead is the fish/computer room, and the door on the left is our bedroom.
Our bathroom is pretty big. There is quite a bit of space in the other direction. We want to get rid of all the wood storage stuff and replace it with white cabinets and raise the sink a bit. I also need to repaint the entire room and would like to put in black and white tile. We'll see if that happens.
For some reason I didn't take a good picture of the room at the end of the hall. This is considered a bedroom but the closet at the end of the room as the water heater inside it so there is no room for any kind of storage... kinda weird. So we turned this room into the fish/computer room. The wall opposite of the computer is also filled with fish tanks (let me tell you how much I love being taken over by fish), but hopefully this will someday be the baby room.

Thanks for the tour! Now I can picture you when you were making Emma's beautiful things! *I thought it was ironic that you mentioned "baby room" which was followed by YOUR bedroom...Hmmmm....glad to see your bed was made!:o)
