Sidewalk Chalk and Sunny Days

Lately I've been the queen of unfinished blogs. I have one that I started about the 4th of July but the pictures I thought I put on a disc never got there. so for now it sits, waiting until I can get back to my parents' house to re-burn them.  I have another one talking about how I haven't picked up my camera for weeks because I'm too hot to even lift my arms.  It wasn't interesting, I just figured I needed to blog about something and something is better than nothing.

But today, I actually have a blog with real pictures that I actually spent time editing (or pretending to edit).  Tomorrow we leave for a long weekend in Bend and I went to the store to find some things for Will to do in the car.  I couldn't resist the Sidewalk Chalk as I walked by which means you get a new blog.

This was his first time playing with chalk and it was so fun to play with him outside and watch him color on something he's actually allowed to color on (he's started finding pens and coloring on the computer desk).

As always, it hits me suddenly that my boy is getting so big.  Sidewalk Chalk is something little kids play with and when did my baby boy get to be in that category?  Thankfully, he's still a huge Mamma's boy and I'll hang on to that as long as possible.

I somehow didn't take a picture last week when I hit 32 weeks (8 months) so here's one at 33. Close enough right?
I wish I didn't look like or feel like a whale but unfortunately I do.  I told the doctor yesterday that when I hit 36 weeks, I'm just going to start pushing and maybe she'll get the hint that it's time to come out.  Every day I go to water aerobics in the morning and then park it in front of the fan until evening when I can start moving without overheating in two seconds.
We have narrowed it down to 4 names, Daniella, Evelyn, Jessa and Hollyn.  I think Jessa and Hollyn are our top two contenders and having it narrowed down that much makes me less stressed.  Now we just need to find time to tackle the rooms and get them baby and big boy ready.  Just the thought of that makes me stress all over again.  Thankfully I have wonderful friends to help!!
