These are Kidney Stones...
Last Friday Dad
got to take a trip to the ER in unbelievable pain thanks to these guys
. (I don't have any pictures of Dad in pain. I didn't think it would be very nice to ask Mom to take one of him just so I could use if for my blog.)Because of these guys
, Dad 
has had to be home all week on some serious pain medication, while he waits to see the doctor.
Today Dad 
found out that he gets to have surgery tonight because these guys
are too big to pass. Thankfully it's outpatient so he can go home tonight.
Poor Dad!
