Relaxing Weekend

Timo's brother, Travis and his wife, Linda, came up for the weekend.  We don't hang out much because Trav and I have a very strained and rough relationship and I've had a hard time letting down my guard and relaxing when I'm around him.  But I love Linda and really wanted to hang out with her and let them get to know Will better and I knew that Timo would love to hang out with Travis.

I was so thankful that we actually had a great weekend. 

Linda and I got to take Will and Kenya on a two hour walk and got to talk about anything we wanted to Thursday afternoon and then Friday we went to Astoria and to the beach since Linda had never been to the Oregon Coast before!! 

She loved it and we had a blast giving them the Goonies tour, eating at the Rogue Public House and hanging out at the beach.  The weather was perfect, which we all know is amazingly rare...

Will was his goofy self as always and Linda must have taken a million pictures of him :)

I loved becoming better friends/sisters with Linda and it's awesome knowing that Trav and I can get together and have a relaxing weekend without having to be on edge.  They can come over anytime and I will look forward to the next time we get to hang out.
