4th of July Fun

Timo, Kenya and I took a 4 hour drive to Bend to spend an extended weekend 4th of July with our great friends Josh and Juliana. Kenya loves going there, where she has lots of room to run and play and we love seeing our friends who we don't get to see often enough.

The weather was sunny and in the 90's everyday so we spent most of our time by the pool, where we taught Kenya to swim (that will be the next blog).

We had a 4th of July party with Josh's pool party with Josh's parents, Terry and Deb, his brother Jeremy and Timo's brother Travis and wife Linda. There was way too much food and lots of laughing. Every time the boys get together they go back to being 12 and were doing floatie races in the pool and who can do the coolest (or most painful) dive into the pool while the girls scored them on their effort.

I also hit 20 weeks this weekend which means I'm now half-way through the pregnancy!! :) It was a great weekend for us and can't wait to do it again soon!
