Under Water

Timo and I have been up since 4:30am.  Will woke us up at 4:30am.  Thankfully he woke us up at 4:30am or things would be worse. 

Our water heater flooded the house sometime between midnight and 4:30.  How awesome is that to wake up to??  At first we thought it was the toilet, which grossed me out more than I can tell you.  But then Timo saw that water was pouring out of the water heater.  Guess where the water heater is located...

William's Room!!

His room is completely soaked.  You walk in and water comes up over your feet.  Our room is halfway soaked.  The bathroom, kitchen and laundry room had standing water.  The hallway and part of the living room is soaked.

The only room that remained unscathed is the spare bedroom.

I have no towels left, everything is wet and no hot water to even take a shower and it's only 7:30.  We have fans going everywhere and a fire lit trying to pull as much moisture out of the house as possible.

I'm just a little stressed and in tears most of the morning just because we're so helpless at the moment.

Thankfully my dad is on his way to help rescue us and figure out where to go from here.  And of course, Timo took the day off since I can't handle this on my own.  This is my ultimate stressor.

There's a list a mile long of things that need to be done and I don't know where to even start.  I can't even think of a clever pun to tell you how much this sucks at the moment.  Don't worry,  I'll come up with one.  I need to have something occupy my mind.
