I have to say that I've been kicking and screaming when it comes to Will getting older. Where did my sweet baby go and where did this energetic little boy come from?
He is truly the greatest gift we've ever been given and not a day goes by that we don't crack up at what a goof he is. I love watching the world through his eyes and am amazed at how much he is learning every day.
I love how he can be so busy one minute and the next needs a quick snuggle from mom before he goes back to his exploring.
I'm glad that he's starting to love books, although he still struggles to sit through one when I'm reading to him. His new thing is to disappear into his room and climb into his chair with the "special" books.
I love how quickly he's picking up sign language and how much easier it makes communicating with him. He has about 6 words that he says but about 15 signs, our most common and my life saving sign is "help please".
I love that he wants to help mommy and have learned that it's easier to pretend to let him help than to keep trying to turn him away.
I love how excited he gets when Daddy gets home from work and how Timo's face lights up when they see each other.
What an amazing family I've been given!
